More networking difficulties this round. It looks like a bandwidth issue: low-bandwidth connections like the annotation uplink are working, but I am unable to upload images or get an ssh connection to the site. Luckily, I still have one connection running that is running an automated updater script, so anything that I can upload is getting published.
